Hello, I’m Cassie and thank you for visiting my website.

I am a proud teacher, who brings 30 years worth of experience in making cakes, airbrushing and multimedia creations, to all of my lessons. Over the decades, I have worked my way up to become an international judge after achieving several golds for my work. I have shared my knowledge with students all over the world, either face to face or on TV.
