Are you ready for Yarnstravaganza?

The nationwide campaign aims to encourage crafters to visit their local participating yarn shops or even visit stores further afield. This year the event again highlights the main benefits of yarn shops; all the support and expertise they offer, and as a place to get together, learn and have fun.

We all love to visit a yarn shop for advice, to squidge some yarn or simply to be with like-minded people. Where would we be without them? UK Hand Knitting is calling on all crafters to show their love this autumn. There will be lots going on in store with hundreds of special events, goodies, giveaways and limited edition, commemorative project bags up for grabs.

UK Hand Knitting have created a special map on their website to make it super-easy for crafters to find their nearest participating yarn shop and find out what they have planned, so make sure you check out what's happening at your local shop.
