The Little Stitchers Collection from Bothy Threads

Say hello to the Hop, Skip, Jump ranges from Bothy Threads. 12 brand new cross stitch kits, specially designed for Little Stitchers! Bothy wanted to create a mindful activity for children, to develop their motor skills, creativity, and encourage time away from screens. Using fabulous artwork from Kate Hadfield, there are a range of designs in bright, bold colours, from monsters to monkeys, fairytales to brave knights, and of course a trip to the circus.

This new range features designs aimed at children or those new to stitching, and include coloured charts, helpful video links, a new needle minder, and a brand-new project bag! Bothy's recommended age ranges for the designs are:
· HOP – aimed at 6 to 10 year olds. Worked on 10ct canvas and use full cross stitches only. Wooden stick and glue dots are included to make the design into a bookmark.

· SKIP – aimed at 8 to 12 year olds. Worked on large 8ct Aida and use full cross stitches only.

· JUMP – aimed at 10 to 14 year olds. Worked on standard 14ct Aida and use full cross stitches only.

Two monkey cross stitch kits The collection also includes a specially designed rosette needle minder for your 'No. 1 Little Stitcher', perfect for keeping their needle safe between stitches. Don't forget the Little Stitchers project bag, so all the bits and pieces can be zipped up safely while travelling or just during down time.

Lastly, these kits are boxed in our plastic free packaging, so we hope to promote a positive attitude towards the environment from a young age!
