These are Black Cat and Fox, both in striking colours and a pleasure to stitch. From John Clayton there are two of his William Christmas designs, featuring the popular bear, William, and his friends. These are based on cross stitch designs, but they have converted into tapestry very well. Furthermore, Black Cat has also been made into a cushion, which looks striking on a sofa, but, like all these designs, it could be used as a picture. These new tapestries are available as kits which contain printed Zweigart canvas, Anchor wools, full instructions, a large, coloured picture of the design, and, of course, a tapestry needle. They’re worked on 10 count tapestry canvas and each measures 14in x 14in (35cm x 35 cm).
