We’ve noticed that customers are making more eco-friendly choices where sustainability is at the heart of their decisions when shopping. I’ve also chatted to many customers who love traditional crafts with a modern twist and our chunky style in knitting and macrame offers just that. We know that people also love making their own products and I’ve inspired many by providing the materials to make their own knitwear and macrame and our make your own DIY kit. How would you advise a retailer who is interested in stocking your products? We proudly stock By Chand products in over 20 shops nationwide. We’ve helpfully created a catalogue and lookbook for our stockists to pick and choose the colour palettes that suit their brand and shop style. We also provide our stockists with colour samples so that customers can place customisable orders when they visit shops. We recommend that stockists get in touch and we can send them a digital copy of the catalogue and lookbook and can talk them through placing an order. All our products come with care instructions and RRP labels. What sets you apart from your competitors? Definitely our customisation options and our super chunky materials. We have also made it super easy to select unique colour palettes on our website! Do you visit any trade shows? Do you plan to visit any soon? We’re excitingly planning our first trade show next year! We’ll be exhibiting at Home and Gift 2025 in Harrogate next July so please come say hello! What are you looking forward to most over the next year? I’m really looking forward to the Christmas run up.
