Do your products suit all levels of crafters? We have designs for everyone: men, women and children, from beginners to experienced stitches who are looking for a challenge. What craft & hobby trends are currently popular? For last Christmas, we produced a collection of Gonk designs, mainly as Christmas cards, and these proved to be very popular. We’re now adding to this collection, and as they’re easy and quick to stitch. They are very much in demand. How often do you launch new ranges? We launch a new range when we have several designs ready. This is usually once a month. Are you looking for new designers? We’re always on the lookout for new artists to join our ‘Heritage family’. How do you see your business evolving? The cross stitch market is very different from how it was in the ’80s to the 2020s when it seemed that everyone was stitching. We’re working hard to encourage people to stitch and to produce cross stitch and tapestry designs which appeal to everyone. What are you looking forward to most over the next year? We’re looking forward to working with new artists and retailers and to continue to produce beautiful designs. What new products can we expect from you in the future?
