What sets you apart from your competitors? We don’t simply sell a product off the shelf, we believe the assistance, the customer service that you receive will ensure you buy the right product only. We’re selling a solution, not selling for the sake of selling, if it’s the wrong product we will tell you and rather we lose a sale. Our ideal client buys from us but then becomes a long-term customer, returning to us for their future needs whether it’s foils blocks or further machines due to their amazing growth! Do you visit any trade shows? Do you plan to visit any soon? Nothing is planned at this point but we’ll see what 2024 brings! What are you looking forward to most over the next year? The launch of a further two machines and the business economy to gain some confidence and kick off from what was a tough 2023 for everybody. What new products can we expect from you in the future? We have two further machines we want to launch in 2024, one is imminent, and one later in the year. There are no comparative companies in what we build in our machinery so we’re confident this will be really exciting for some of our clients, new and old.
